Norwich Union (Aviva) is a strong brand with a great portfolio of insurance products that are sold through a national network of brokers. Like many franchised operations, the message can get diluted by the time it reaches the consumer.


The solution was a ‘club’ promising ‘110% commitment’ to the broker’s growth. Burrows were commissioned to build the Norwich Union 110 website, including individual logins providing access to a wealth of marketing materials, help and advice. A collaterals builder allowed brokers to create their own marketing materials from standard templates and get them printed on request.
