Challenge
Aviva's domestic insurance brand Norwich Union had a great portfolio of insurance products that were sold through a national network of brokers. The challenge was to engage with the top tier of brokers in a way that would foster loyalty, build stronger relationships and ultimately improve both sales and margins.
Insight
We realised that the secret lay in combining exclusivity and value – making the brokers feel special and cared for whilst at the same time delivering an added-value service that would help their business to thrive.
Solution
We created a brokers' club promising 110% commitment to their growth. We designed and built the Norwich Union 110 website which provided exclusive access to a wealth of content – from helpful information and advice to useful thought-leadership pieces – and a collateral builder to help produce co-branded marketing materials.
