RAC Motivating a sales team

Challenge

RAC needed to find a way for their 150 telemarketers to be more consistent in their message, to create more sales opportunities and improve upselling.

Insight

It was clear that they needed relevant information that was instantly available. But to be truly effective it had to be motivating and make them feel part of a special team.

Solution

We created a smart flip chart booklet that sat on their desktop. The concept "You're RAC (How to be us, without losing you)" was developed recognising the importance of individuality while working as a team. Listed product benefits, competitor comparisons and the best ways to overcome customer objections, visually and tonally it offered up all this information with a touch of charm that brought a smile to the mind.
