Challenge
Heatrae Sadia is a leader in the UK water heating market. With regular new product launches, their single format range brochures quickly became out- of-date and cost time and money to update throughout the year.
Insight
When selling technical equipment, printed literature is fundamental in getting brand messages and specification data across clearly, enabling the sales team and customers to select the right product every time.
Solution
We recognised that a more flexible product guide solution was required so we developed and designed a new modular approach. This system enabled the team to regularly update the literature suite as new products were launched as well as customise guides based on specific customer needs.

Having designed the overall structure, each product had its own leaflet that could be used as a stand-alone communications piece or inserted into the brochure as part of the wider range.
As well as imparting relevant information, each piece reinforces the brand message.
This standardised approach meant that production and print costs were significantly reduced and a lot of time was saved.
